Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome here. We are currently looking for a temporary rental agent for the rental group at the Economy & Service Center in Västerås.

Make a Difference with Us

As a rental agent in the Rental department at Riksbyggen Economy & Service Center, you will work in a service-oriented role responsible for customer contacts and executing our management assignments. You will ensure that we deliver within set service levels and keep our customer promises. You have a strong ability to take responsibility and initiative, work proactively, see the bigger picture, and provide excellent and clear service to customers and colleagues with great engagement. You work efficiently, with high quality and customer focus according to established working methods and contribute to refining and developing our processes and deliveries.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Rental of parking spaces, storage, and housing.
• Customer contact.
• Contract management, such as terminations and drafting rental agreements.
• Rental administration, such as invoicing and handling subletting.

You will be part of a team of currently 16 people and are expected to work independently in processes as well as with your own area of responsibility, but also as part of a team. You will be responsible for renting out a number of properties with rental apartments where you, in collaboration with the property manager, aim for the lowest vacancy rate.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in renting out housing.
• Good knowledge of rental legislation, rental levels, and models.
• Strong ability to express oneself well in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you are a certified rental agent, have previous experience in customer service at a customer service center or similar area. You are a confident user of the Office suite and can also communicate in English if needed.

We are now looking for two employees for different fixed-term positions. The positions are located in Västerås. Riksbyggen strives for a balanced gender distribution and sees diversity as a strength.
